Join us Saturday, November 17th for a day of reverence for the pillar of cidermaking: the apple. At this height of the harvest, we honor cidermaking tradition in serving real ciders that are focused on the apple, including:
NUNCIO: young, buttery cider; first fermentation of the 2018 harvest
THE SAXON: dry German-style apfelwein
CHARLEMAGNE: semi-sweet apple cider
BLACK SCRUMPY: A dry single-varietal (and award-winning) dry scrumpy made in the style of the English West Country with whole apple, spontaneous fermentation, and lagered on the apple skins for 9 months before pressing.
POMONA: full-bodied flagship cider with bright, semi-dry finish
